9:59 one of my favorite faraway views in the series, i don’t know what it is, but the fog shrouded mountain range and what almost looks like the slightest bit of sunlight peeking through the dark clouds is one of my favorite things about the Nightmare of Mensis’ atmosphere
All the nightmare levels really give off that sense of being trapped inside one in a way that no other game has captured perfectly enough for me

Love this atmosphere too. It's almost like a hint that there's something else out there, but you can't escape the confines of the nightmare to really go and see what it is.
