Man I've just started watching your videos last week. I wasn't really searching for something like this you just popped up. I like hearing intellectual people talk while I'm working/cooking or whatever and honestly I don't have game really so why not. Man the very few videos I've watched I applied in online dating because that's all I can really do at this point in my life. I realize most of what you teach is for in person with some tips for online but man it's already improved for me. Granted you can't judge improvement over a week but it certainly feels like it has. Anyways you got a subscription from me and I appreciate what you're doing!

I love that he's asking the question in regards to how to better converse with people in general, not just girls. Some dudes get so caught up in how to talk to girls that they neglect the fact that talking to literally anyone offers a tremendous wealth of practice for when girls come along too.

Hey, man! Love the video! Side note: you don't have to do a sound effects every time something happening on the screen (like bullet-points appearing). Some people like myself are just listening, and those sound effects only make your words less understandable.

This verbalizes why I am quite insecure. I have all those "symbols" but among people, for some reason, I am not viewed socially as this high person if it makes sense. I am the silet (I dare to say strong because I am emotionally pretty strong) guy, but it seems to me that girls nowadays want that entertainer guy who as Todd says is well received by others socially. A lot of these dudes have endless stories to tell because they were in endless social situations. While me...I was crawling out of depression alone since I was like 16 till about 25. So I lack some experience, even some 23 year old girls seem much more experienced than me. And when people see me down because of this, because I cannot find a girl, they just list all these "token" things like good job, car, good looking, funny etc. And it is extremy difficult for me to do something with this. Because with new people I am this quiet guy but once we are in a social circle and we know one another, I open up and I am the best me.

You can use others' experiences by saying “There was a guy or There was a girl who” And add their experiences to make a point. What matters is just the story to continue the conversation and how relevant it is to your conversation.

Small talk is a skill. It`s not something people are born with. People who lag behind is not genetic, it`s most often because of childhood trauma or upbringing in families where there there where shameing for talking. Whats important is to learn this skill IN THE FIELD. That is start talking to random strangers and get over aproach anxiety. What you are thinking in your head is just the mind " shattering". You are NOT your mind, you are what you do. That is the mind can be negativ, but you can still overwrite it and still do the positiv ACTION. To exercise, start having a gameplan. Learn active listening skills. What im talking about here is standard conversations skills. Flirting is something WAY different, but in reality alot is the same. The main difference is that in flirting YOU need to make the subcommunicasjon about sex. This is whats called " sex talk". A easy way to do this is to take it out in " meta" by saying things like " who do you think are most horny blondes or brunetts?", ore " Do you think girls with high heels are more horny than girls who dont use them?". In reality it realy dont matter what you say as long as there is to premisses 1: she dont think you are a creep 2: the conversasjon is about sex or flirting on a level that she cant know 100% that you are thinking about her.... this creates the tennsion that they love. And again, it`s important to practice ALOT. Think of it as a game, the more you do it the more you level up. Most often people belive " value" is a conversasjon where they talk alot and they feel that they are the charming person. Make them feel that way. Practice by flattering people in normal situasjons for small things, in a non flirting way. And SMILE alot!

How outrival older guys in game. I'm 20 years old and often have to compete with 30 year old men for a girl.. Is it just "have better game than him" or is there more specific advice to it?

Hm... I'm assuming you're asking this question because you assume that you being so relatively early in your aspirations and career, hence bank account, makes you of less value? In short, it does, but any girl around your age isn't expecting you to be a boss. If you're fun and easygoing but have ambitious goals for your future, and are working hard to acheive those goals, then she's going to admire your ripe potential and confidence towards acheiving it. Granted, a girl around your age likely isn't thinking about settling down but if you have stronger ambition and drive than the average 20yr old, while still knowing how to have a good time and not take yourself too seriously, then she'll still be turned on by your tremendous self-worth.

How bad is it to after teasing a girl for a bit say “I’m just fucking with you” sometimes I feel like that’s what makes them suddenly feel comfortable and with some I feel like that’s when I lose the tension

There's not a "line", there's a "difference". Qualifying yourself is not a cocky behavior... in fact it's the opposite of a cocky behavior. Refusing to qualify yourself, or better yet, not caring to do so, is actual cocky behavior.

@@bencefarkas2479 No you are setting a frame that you are cute, smart etc when you act cocky funny. This will provoke one of two reactions, she can either accept it or challenge it. If she accepts it, you are increasing your value and have more social capital to escalate with the girl and if she challenges it, hold your frame by passing the shit test. Its neither subtlety nor directly impressing her, your frame is your world ie who you are. If you aren't congruent with this frame best to avoid it.

@@untouchable360x No, the one time I was on World Summit and at the end of the night I got talking to him. We were at the same hotel so he invited me to breakfast and we ended up for about 2 hours - no charge.
