Here's a video of how to hydro dip using alcohol inks, this could be one of my new favorite techniques, especially for the last pieces I show! Give it a try, it's so easy!

You might try hooking a piece of wire through the hole of the piece to dip it. A bit more control.

Daniel. Next time use a string or hook to lower them in. And then use a paper towel to wipe the waters surface to clear away the ink. That should work better. Love your work.

Great video. This looks like lots of fun. I think it would be easier to handle if the piece was attached to a dowel with bluetack or something similer.

Interesting results - some of them look just like aerial maps.
Pop some thread through the holes, then you can actually _dip_ your pieces, and even hang them from a little rack to dry, maybe? Just to make your life a little easier. 🤗

Really like this ... although i have tons of the glass domes that came with the bevel trays i bought, any ideas what i cad do with them? I did watch one of your tutorials using mica powder on the back of them.. i cant find the episode?
They are great for many things but the best thing is making molds with them 😊

I love the look of alcohol inks, but unfortunately the colours aren't lightfast and they fade really quickly 😢
