I’ve been using a curing lamp for over a decade doing resin nail art. I have a thin styrofoam that I’ve covered in a sheet of foil. This cures both sides at the same time as it causes the UV rays to bounce around.

@@daniel..cooperI grow stuff and can tell you that mirrors do not diffuse light. If they did, agriculture would use them. If anything, it concentrates the light to a single point. Think of ancient weaponry. Better to use something that is plain white.

If you get green florist tape, you can just wrap them all at once, then it won’t be so bulky. When using the tape you pull slightly on it and it becomes tacky and sticks to itself. Great idea.

When I was a teenager, there was a kit that I had to make flowers like that. You would get the wire and dip it into a solution that made a film like that. Then put the petals together to create a flower 🌺 I don’t remember what it was called because it was like 50 years ago!!

That glue bottle is going to last for centuries.
I know it's not about the flower, but instead of having double strands of wire, you only need a couple of turns at the top, and the rest of the stem can be a single wire. This will result in a stem that's less than half the thickness. If you wrap the wires in the same direction, they will tend to nestle together. That is, the second wire goes in the gaps between the first wire's turns. Keep the winding quite open to leave room for the other wires and you won't get that bunching. You could finish off by dipping the stem in some green resin.

OMG, thank you so much for sharing this. Been obsessed with dipping resin since i saw a video on UA-cam months ago by another UA-camr. Since I'm in Africa now it's hard to get my hands on it. So this is a life changer. As a jewelry maker and crafter this is amazing. I'm thinking we can use the Let's Resin colored UV resin and do the same thing without using the mica powders. And you could try using the soft UV resin from Let's Resin and see if it would work if you bend it. Lovevthe fact that you can store it without worrying that it would cure. 😍🥰💙💜💕💞💜💙🥰😍
