Hey man!! I like watching your videos But. It’s hard man. Sometimes I just feel like quitting. It’s stressing sometimes. I only have 2 employees. Well, it is what it is!
Tigran!! 18 years old here out in Texas! Started at 10 years old pushing mowers with friends. Now doing sod, pavers, flowerbeds, stonework, and a few other things for home owners. Did 32,300 square feet of Zoysia sod for an apartment complex last week! You’re a huge inspiration! I appreciate the work and knowledge you put into these videos! You videos keep me going and inspire me to grow the business and soon teach others how to start going after their dreams! Learned a different way to plan before a job with this video! Respect for you!
Inspiration! I learn something new every video and incorporate it into my own landscaping business. Also started my business about 2.5 months ago, I have done small jobs up until I started watching your videos maybe a month ago, got obsessed, bought a program, literally 3 days later got a call for a $7000+ landscape job. I jumped on it and have been planning religiously to perfect the job. Start next week! You're something special for real!
Update: closed on 2 20+ thousand dollar jobs and several multi thousand dollar jobs in less than a month apart in dead winter! I've been using your proposal templates and people love them! Thank you! P.S. goat gang soon!
Here in Brazil, just thinking about using this equipment for a simple patio renovation, is something out of this world. Such a work would last at least a month and we would still have stolen tools. It is hard to live in a lawless country.
Love the video, I've been a Forman for 9 years and very seldomly get a walk around with the owner, good to see you communicating with your guys so there no mess up #respect
I used to run a landscaping company just myself and 2 other people doing maintenance work/ small projects, and then got into an accident and can’t really move like I used to anymore plus half my equipment got stolen, I still enjoy watching the videos T, makes me wanna get back into it tho, best of luck to ya
Started my business 2 years ago. Best decision I have made. Invest in your company, hire good guys and do professional work. You inspired me before I quit my last company and it’s always good to see you killing it man
Like how u Mark everything going so it’s very clear. Also taking ur Forman for the job so he understands and doesn’t have to be relayed through so many people. Awesome video
T, I have been watching you for quite some time now. I am in my first year of landscaping on my own after 7 years with a company. Your channel has been an incredible help for me and my company (Weidner Landscape). This video especially since I am new to the site walks it helps me to visualize myself walking a site now with you by my side helping me. Thank you for all the knowledge you share with the landscaping community. Your advice is priceless to us new guys.
I have so much respect for you I’m 15 and have a lawn care business and I’ve watched all of your past videos on you lawn care side of things and I love how set up you are and how you look at things it’s really impressive and inspiring thanks for the great content 😃
Just found your channel a couple weeks ago and man do I enjoy them and just knowing your a local to Santa Clara makes it more interesting and fun to watch. Keep up the great videos coming. Cheers
I’m a fence contractor in Missouri. I always go over the job again the morning I start the project. I haven’t had a problem yet by doing this, so I totally agree with getting on the same page with the customer and your guys!
Just started following you, love the videos not just watching someone cutting lawns is nice to see, I have my own small business so i like trying to learn different ways of doing things, great video !!
Been following you since that one “$300,000 in 30 days” landscaping job you did. Outstanding stuff, Tigran. You and Keith Kalfas are the reason I started a landscaping business. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve learned so much from you guys, just watching your vids on UA-cam, even tho I’ve never met either of you in person. All I can say is thanks for the experiences and inspiration.
Great video T! I do the same thing by marking plants with spray paint, also learned the hard way. I like the new style of videos you have been doing! Keep it up!
Glad to see that you've been staying busy man, I have a similar system when starting up jobs and completely agree with having the one on one with the homeowner to walkthrough and identify exactly what they want removed and accomplished. In my earlier days I used to make the mistake of explaining my plan of attack with homeowners and though I never had a bad outcome in totality it made for more of a head having to say "I explained it to you", some people need visual in person breakdowns with physical marks to convey your intention. Glad to see you're doing well, love the videos and the can do attitude man wish you nothing but the best!
I love all your videos I’ve been happy I stumbled up on your vids a couple years ago I do listen to everything you say n learned something’s that’s changed how I speak to customers n things
Killing it T! Love your full dedication to your craft! I Take a lot of pictures on first walk throughs- helps jog memory of the discussion. Got to be patient, ask questions and be clear as can be from the start.
Sick video!!! I always just interact with the client and butter them up before we start to talk numbers and work act like they're someone you've know for awhile now.
Cool video man, I own a painting business and been watching your Chanel for a few months already, I gotta say you motivate me and inspire to start a landscaping business as well.
Lucky number 400?! I landscape myself ( just do lawn and yard maintenance) handle most the work myself but envy the work and dedication you put in. Been watching you since video telling about getting job taking out grass large are grass for 2grand or something and now busting out 100k+ jobs. I need to step out of my comfort zone a bit especially with my baby girl 👧 coming soon and your vids are always motivating. 10x
I don't do any landscape work i just enjoy watching and learning how you manage your business. I go to aviation school to get my A&P license, but maybe one day I'll manage my own overhaul facility for turbine engines .
Man your videos have been so helpful. I'm starting my own landscaping/hardscape company this is my first year legally. It is alot harder then I thought it was going to be but a fun experience.
My issue meeting customers is talking too much. Strike up a good conversation then we get to laughing and I realize after we part ways that I forget what exactly it was that they wanted lol. Good work bro I'm happy for you!

I like the trust you intill in your employees and let them do their job without watching over them. Excellent strategy.
Not without watching over them, just without micromanaging.
@Jose Hernandez finish asap, they get the job done early one day pay them the whole day and let them take the rest of the day off.
I used to run a landscaping company just myself and 2 other people doing maintenance work/ small projects, and then got into an accident and can’t really move like I used to anymore plus half my equipment got stolen, I still enjoy watching the videos T, makes me wanna get back into it tho, best of luck to ya
