Man, I feel like I need to improve my life, thanks to Al Snow. This really feels like I was the one being lectured. It's not a bad thing, lol.

Al is a great guy. Wrestling can get all over the map, but Al is making it simple the way it was meant to be.

al snow is great but small correction al, hogan and andre wasn't the best match it was the most looked forward to match, huge difference. people paid to see hogan and andre but the best match they got was savage steamboat.

Savage won the strap the next year at WM4, no small part played by the match the previous year I would suggest, think Al has a point but a great match goes a LONG way IMO, I love a good storyline and think its needed to make people care about the show and not care about paying money to watch it, but I'm a wrestling fan so nothing beats what happens in the ring, the whole point really right? if there is no in ring pay off, it will make it a hell of a lot harder to make people care next time right? then again I'm just a guy on the internet who should really be asleep, he's the one who made a career out of it lol

You can get a true education about the BUSINESS of pro-wrestling from Al Snow. If I ever wanted to go into the business. I would definetly want snow as a mentor

@laparka1138 Let put it this way: you could have the greatest match, technically speaking, with Teddy Riner and Kilian Wenger, in front of 500 guy in the middle of Maine... But, did it really get people behind them or was it just a random match for no reason?
Savage vs Steamboat was a really good technical match, and it did have some psychology... But, you could have a better match, technically speaking, that nobody care about.

if that WM3 card was only Andre and Hogan did they still draw the 93,000 people to see that match? no because it was a wrestling card.some people went for other matches too.anyone who wrestle at that WM3 card had a storyline.

brah... it was Andre and Hogan. That's all, end of story. Look at it conversely, if there was no Hogan or Andre, would WM III still sell out? No. The majority of fans came for that match, I can't even remember any other match, and I am at least a big fan, think about the casual fans.

I think he meant by "the best match" exactly what u said - The Match that made the MOST Money and had the MOST viewers NOT the most technical wrestling match. The best technical match is a matter of OPINION not FACT like a most money or most viewer match..It was lost in translation because maybe Snow wasn't clear enough in explaining himself OR this was only an edited preview so we never got to see the whole conversation which might've helped clarify it a little better for us..

I am sorry but Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant was not the best match at Wrestlemania III, it may have been the bigger event and drew more money that doesn’t mean it was the best match, Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat was a great wrestling match and stole the show that night and to say otherwise is really showing a lot of disrespect towards the incredible performance they put on.
