all the recipes looks amazing.. since u have zaatar try the #1 Lebanese breakfast mix some zaatar with olive oil and salt and spread it over a dough and bake it serve with some tomato, olives & mint soooo good!!

looks really nice! however. for a true fried rice dish I'd cook this slightly differently. put the dry rice into a heavy bowl with a tbls olive oil and fry gently for 2-3min untl the rice starts to look translucent. (you could fry the onion at this point too) then add 2 cups of water to the rice bring to the boil then cover and simmer til the water is aborbed . the result will be fried rice which you could then add to the dish as above.

The first and last recipes have enough protein and fiber in them 😀 they are filling once you consume according to your needs lol.. and if u were talking about the second recipe not being filling enough then so is non vegan pizza. Try again babe

Why all this stupid trouble when u can take it directly???!!! B12 isn’t found in animal’s flesh, it’s bacteria that lives in soil and water but thanks to the industrial revolution everything’s ruined now. Anyways supplements aren’t even exclusively for vegans, invalid argument lad.
