Decathlon Newfeel HW100: Best budget waterproof walking shoe?

This is my quick review of the ultra-cheap yet waterproof Newfeel HW100 walking shoe from Decathlon, after a few days of wear. This retails for AU$39 / Php1,200 on full price. I'm new to Decathlon shoes, but is this the best budget waterproof walking shoe out there?
I picked these up because I was looking for a minimalist (in look, not in the sole construction), all-black walking shoe that had some waterproofing. Basically I wanted this to be my everyday shoe for walking, commuting to and from work, occasional workouts, etc.
So far I've really liked this shoe as a Filipino minimalist. It's comfortable, waterproof, lightweight, and doesn't look half bad (I know this isn't as nice as something like Common Projects or Stan Smiths, but also check out this price!)
