You can eat foods rich in tartaric acid if that's what you mean: grapes and wine are your best option I believe but you can also go for apples, cherries, papaya, peach, pear, pineapple, tamarind, citrus...and even the cream of tartar used in pastry/baking! 🍰 🍷
