Another one was finished last year in tanzania. And the Nile has nothing to do with Somalia's freedom and sovereignty. Ethiopia should stop assaulting its neighbors. Eritrea and Somalia have suffered from Ethiopian aggression for many decades. Sudan and South Sudan internal conflicts always involve Ethiopia backing rebels financially and militarily. You don't know what you are talking about. Egypt invests alot in all nile basin countries water projects all the time. Many water projects in sudan, south sudan, ughanda, tanzania, and kenya are financed by Egyptian concessional loans or grants. One dam finished construction this year in south sudan. Another one was finished last year in tanzania.
And the Nile has nothing to do with Somalia's freedom and sovereignty. Ethiopia should stop assaulting its neighbors. Eritrea and Somalia have suffered from Ethiopian aggression for many decades. Sudan and South Sudan internal conflicts always involve Ethiopia backing rebels financially and militarily. Even rebel groups in Kenya receive training and weapons from Ethiopia.
