The worst part about being a teenager back in the 80s was that we didn't realize just how good we had it. If I could go back in time it would definitely be the 80s. The music was awesome and people were much nicer to each other. Thank you both for taking me back to the 80s.
I grew up in the 70s and 80s before high tech was even a thing. Before VCRs and cable tv, video games and the internet, no cell phones, no Facebook or Twitter and most kids had to walk to and from school! But what we did have was so awesome, I would not trade my experience of growing up back then for anything. We had to actually entertain ourselves by hanging out together and talking to each other in person. We had Saturday morning cartoons, Christmas specials were looked forward to every year. Kids had to use their imaginations and went outside to play every day! Of course our toys were made better, many of them are still produced today but only the cheap plastic versions. We actually wrote people letters, we said the Pledge of Allegiance every morning before class and knew what it meant and we felt proud to say it. We went Trick or Treating with our friends without our parents at age 10 or 11, no one had to worry that it wasn't safe. We had art, music, woodshop, Driver's Ed and Home Economics in school which was a big deal! I could go on and on but my point and I think your point too is that we did have it really good, I have such fond memories of our generation's era!
I saw Sam Kinison in concert just months before he was killed, he really was a talented comedian. When I saw him the Gulf War was going on at the time and I remember he tore that subject up lol It is so sad that he was taken so young and in the prime of his career. That era of comedians back then was unique, they paved the way for the comedians of today! You know you are good when all you have to do is SCREAM and you make people laugh. LOL ♥
also why did she say meatloaf, what does meatloaf have to do with sam kinison if she said i seen him before? i think she was you trying to make us the viewers and people in comments think we are stupid idiots thinking that she knows everything, like sam is meatloaf?
I actually feel bad for anyone that missed the mid 70s to the mid 90s. It was a party that had no curfew. I went out one night in 1976 and didn't get home until 1995.
I’m so grateful that I had great parents during the 80s. I remember dad driving a bus load of me and my friends to AC/DC Bon Jovi and Warrant concerts. 💕🇦🇺
I just love the energy you two give off! That little kiss for the beer didnt go unnoticed! I wish we could make another million of both of you! We soo need more of you in this world!!! BIG LOVE
I saw Sam live in Lake Tahoe just a few weeks before he died. He was awesome. Although a comedian, that man could SING when he wanted to. We’re talking Sinatra kind of voice! Then he’d head off into a screaming rant.
Living thru the 80's was such a Blast! The main reason it worked so well, no cell phones...we had to interact with one another, but we would've loved having phones- we were lucky to use a computer in school...Lol LOOK at how far things have come. I'll go back to the 80's with you guys thru the music! Great Reactions! So much FUN & Smiles w/you guys!!
I hate they left out the part at the end where you think its done and he's like "wait a minute, wait a minute, hold on, I'm not done....one more time with FEELING!". I love that part.
I was 18 in 1981. I spent the greater part of the 80s at concerts. I bummed a ride, took the bus, and hitched to get where I needed to be to see my favorite bands, and I’ve seen darn near all of the ones who were touring back in the day. Bon Jovi was ALWYS a great show! They worked at making it great for the audience and it’s great memories. One of my other favorites back then was Motley Crue. I’ve seen them 5 times. Check out Wild Side, Welcome To The Jungle, Dr Feelgood and Kickstart My Heart.
Glad you were able to reupload! Bon Jovi is 🔥 and whoever can make the time machine first, we'll be ready!😂😎 Another great song is Bed of Rose's. Keep up the great work!
I just have to say that after Jai got Half the beer and he said thank you, and she said you’re welcome, and they had a little side kiss is what made me subscribe to this channel. Y’all are awesome! Love your reactions!
I grew up in the 80s and damn would love to go back so many good groups so many new things to experience before social media destroyed enjoyment for everybody
Lay your hands on me if you want to see them blow the freakin roof off. I'm telling you guys! I'll be there for you..... love ballad but you'll be happy you did. Great reactions!
Growing up in the 80s was the best and would love to go back. You two should react to some of the great Rappers from the late 80s. Eric B. & Rakim, EPMD to name a few.
Bon Jovi was my 1st concert/ Ratt. In Lexington ky. They are awesome and fun fact Jon is from New Jersey and opened a restaurant and feed homeless people in the morning and afternoon and charged people in the evening to help with the cost. He's really a good human. Love you both
I was a teen in the 80’s AND still wanna go back!!and nope, no cell phone OR internet- that’s what made things more appreciated- you had to actually go to a concert, or wait for an album to drop and hope it didn’t sell out before you got there on day 1- Then you found a friend that hopefully got lucky and got it, and they recorded it onto a blank cassette until the new stock came in and you’d try again- also trying to record from the radio station playing it and catching the entire song in time- we worked hard for our great music! 😆 seriously-made it all the more special!! ✌️✨
One of my favorite albums from back in the day!!! My parents bought me 3rd row tickets to see them on that tour and it was a blast!!! Great video guys.

I was lucky enough to have been in my 20's in the 80's. Went to Dead or Alive in the Atl.!!!!! Never felt soooooo happy and free in my life. Live performances were a production with no rival. Love y'all. Keep doin you!!!!

If you ever get that time machine built I wanna hop on board if ya dont mind!
@@HalfAndJai Awesome reviews. I will throw this one out, its called "something to believe in" by Bon Jovi, the best performance is probably here ua-cam.com/video/szFtp-Tv54Q/v-deo.html In Yokohama. I'm an 80's kid. The decade will never be matched. Plus, all of the one hit wonders that came out of the 80's. The clubsssss were like a meat markets. Standing room only unless you were on the Dance Floor. The majority of us had Rhythm and danced. It was a blast.
I agree, Half! I grew up in the 80s and ha e been to over 100 shows. I saw Bon Jovi at Giant’s Stadium in Jersey, and the show was LIT!! Good vibes, baby! Good vibes! Love you guys! Thank you for keeping it positive, especially now when we need it the most!

Sam kinison is the guy not meatloaf, he was a comedian and actor. He died from a auto accident
Kevin Pounds And unbelievably, the drunk driver who hit him served no jail time. Pretty sad.
