Wael Binali it basically explains itself, go on the show's Wikipedia page and look on the production section and it should have a producer who was a part of a organization for the news...because u may have knew that Meredith Vieira was on the news. Basically what I'm trying to say that the show got cancelled because of him.

I do like Meredith! However ,that show ended,once that panel was in place. No one on that panel was of any interest to me except the guy! The over the top lady that sits across from Meredith comesacross like a bulldog ready to grab at your leg any moment...just awfu, bad taste!!! ! She is the reason ESP.i hated the show! As a matter of fact I am not surprised at all that the show is cancelled... actually the show lasted longer than I thought it would!!! It was boring and dying off slowly.!!! Nothing interesting to talk about!!!
the band was down played in season 2 and this stupid panel introduced---nothing but a bunch of gibberish-the producer wanted to try and emulate "The View/The Talk"-failed miserably
