Some reports say LTS NVRs Work better with NVMS7000 app ,not all channels show up ? so if you have trouble with LTS Connect app, give the other a try. they are clones of each other . just one may work better over the other.
Sounds like you were connected by ip/domain. Your installer setup in your old router. Try using the PT Cloud Setup. Search for PT Cloud Setup on LTS Connect note MVMS7000 app and LTS connect app will work the same way. How depends on a few things. first, what is the address you are using to connect with your phone app? if it looks like 192.168.1.1 that's a local address that only works when your in-home network threw wifi. there are other address types. what does yours look like then I can try to help. others may look like stuart@dvrlists.com it depends.

Hi, I recently changed my modem. I can view my cameras in my TV monitors, buy on I can't view cameras on my cell phones. Do I need change any wifi info on my cell phone?

Many steps. very technical.
HI, Re-check the information you entered to connect for typos. it can be Case sensitive, are there any capitals or symbols that need to be entered exactly.
IP number or Domain name given by installer. or if DIY, use DVR IP adddress, but that will only work on your local nework. when you go out it will not work outside. you need to lean how to setup a "DDNS hosting domain" for best use. or Try to folow the manual to setup using the serial mumber is simplest way. Sorry to much to explain here.
Hi , there are so many cameras, not all cameras are compatable with the app, you need to use another cameras that are marked "Onvif" compliant for the best Compatability. try another camera to compare. What model camera are you testing?

Since the crash last week I can no longer view my nvms7000 cameras remotely from my android
Can be manny things. but playback should work if you see your live video.

Mine worked great for years. I changed out my modem and router and now I can’t get the live view to work on my cell phone app. How do I fix that.
Sounds like you were connected by ip/domain.
Your installer setup in your old router.
Try using the PT Cloud Setup.

Iphone like to capitalize first letter , so that may mess up your password. try checking for that.

you can find the NVR's IP address by logging in locally on the device (using a mouse and monitor) and navigating to Network -> Basic -> TCP/IP
