Email alerts are pain in the ... Did you managed to set it up ? Keeps saying devise is unable to send email or something like that when I try test, also checked email box no notifications are showing up.
I did step by step what did zosi support walktrhough told me to do, plus I`ve upgraded software on the device it self and on the router I ldisabled firewall but still unable to setup notifications for some reasone.

I have had a device which im planning to sell soon, i tried making another "profile" for the next users application access and it gives me a "add fail" when i attempt to add devoce to the android app using the device scanner. Any tips?
It may be because the device in question is already associated with your account.You can try adding the person as another user as multiple people are allowed to view the same Camera remotely. Also make sure you are using the correct password that you set before for the device along with the device ID.
@@rickytlc1985 i will try. The initial.issue was that I was no longer able to access my cameras through the app using my usual passwd/username. I tried to recover using my email but I never got the reset password email to the email linked to my camera acct. Its a mess 😂

What if the device is connected but no image is being displayed? What do you do then. Recently installed a few of these but the app only worked once, it started to crash after.
Well based on what you have indicated the issue might not be the App itself and is your phone. I suggest try setting the app on another phone. If crashing occurs on another phone just the same then its definitely the app but I highly doubt that. Also see the info on the App in the App Store and see if its updated regularly which would indicated the App is still being updated and maintained. Apps only crash and stop functioning majorly when developers stop updating them.

How do I view the cameras from another country
If you setup the App and the DVR is connected to the Internet by Ethernet cable you can view the camera feed by phone when you are away from home or outside the country.

Make sure the eithernet is connected to the DVR and its configured.
@@rickytlc1985 it is hard wired in. The display is showing on the TV but not the phones.
@@cdbmwilliams did you ever fine out how to get it to show back on your phone, mind is doing the same thing as yours.
