- I am on a massive Ecuadorian Street Food Tour in the Capitol of Quito. I'm joined by my friend @xiaomanyc for an Exotic Food adventure, we are trying things such as Guinea Pig Ice Cream, Beetles, Exotic Fruit, Chicha, Succulent Pig, and a lot more. I am so excited I’ve visited Ecuador several times over 20 years ago when I was dating a Ecuadorian and we both lived in New York. We would visit Quito and Cuenca Ecuador around the holidays to spend with his family. Thanks for sharing.😊

@@Davidsbeenhere The food was great. Didn’t go out to eat much. Was staying with my friends family. His mother did most of the cooking. Ecuador and beautiful place.

When the people knows how to cook the right way Omg the flavor of Ecuadorian food it’s amazing 🤩 10/10 but you need to go to the right restaurants to eat delicious 😅 I love caldo de pata (cow feet) pero tiene que star ultra super tender soft also caldo de platano verde 👌👌👌 la mejor morcilla para mi es la de green plantains con cerdo 👌so good the black morcilla it’s also yummy but in Manabi cost of Ecuador the guatita yummy sanduche de chancho , chicharron it’s so delicious with mote or bolon de verde 😅good good goood great video but you already post this 😅video anyways I can watch the same thing million times ❤👌👌

The wild fruit is uvilla or golden berry
We have different type of chicha depending on the region. Chicha de ajora is made from corn. It is madein big barrels. I used to do it with my serrana grandma. Yoh can add liquor if you want by th end or mix it with other fruits. From teh azon we have chicaha de yuca and chicha de chonta. Most common in communities the yuc one since it is easy to grow and chonta is only seasonal.
