Everything is just random right now but nothing really bad. Our Costco is setting limits on things again. Water, TP, paper towels, the usual suspects. Meat is very expensive right now.

Hi Dee, I don't think it's necessary when vacuum sealed but it's probably not a bad idea once they're opened.

Do you use a new lid every time you reseal?
No, I've probably been using that same lid for a few years.
You only need new lids for canning.
