Sir, while applying for TCS IT, they have an eligibility criteria of 50% in academics, and after that, I got an offer letter. Also, yesterday, I got onboarding mail in which they mentioned you need 60% in your academics. But in my intermediate, I have 58.2%.
Please tell me, sir, what I will do?

And in techm if performance is not good or not able to clear tests they will terminate and the even though role is ase we will be alloted to support or others also and if on bench for more than 45 days then they will terminate the job, i heard these.

I got offer from ibs software of package 4.5 and tcs digital of 7 lpa.The tech stack in ibs is much better but the salary in tcs is better.Which should i join as a fresher?
@@sayankundu1824 if you are sure about the techstack, then you should go for the other company but in tcs, it totally depends on ur luck... But if you get good project, then your life will be happier
Do we get paid during ILP training and how much can we expect in hand during training period??

@@ITSingh-il5kv that actually bad. I just passed in 2024 and got an offer, but I wanted to keep TCS as an option later. You know, if I wanted to return to Kolkata from Bangalore, Tcs would've been a great option. Now I'm confused.
@@mnd7381 tcs is a good company and if possible take it as retirement option... But if you will not get any other option, then tcs is a good choice

Hi, i was connected with one of the member in linkdin which shows, he is currently working in TCS and he is asking me to send the resume via Mail. But i have asked him to send me the JD but, according to him he doesn't have the proper JD. do i am getting trapped in the scam? anyways i have forwarded my resume to him.
If someone is asking for money, then it must be a trap... In other cases, it depends
Why are you asking him for JD lol if you're applying for a job don't you know the Job Role and Job Description yourself? It will be provided on company's website. And if you don't know what the job is, why are you even applying?
