What benefit one will get if one does mtech from top iit instead of a person working in tcs lets say and learning dsa, doing programming, participating in hack athon and then applying to google, microsoft when he knows he has built a strong resume and I think that person has to wait among all the applications from off campus and might get rejected??

I have watched many interviews of tech employees but this has to be the best 👌
The resemblance is uncanny! I have had a similar journey. Had good marks in 10th, Took Biology and Maths in 12th and got 61%. Did not opt for BE/BTech because of financial condition and also did not feel like it. Did BSc in a college with no coding culture and got placed in TCS Ignite through pool campus placement. Nice to know someone has experienced something similar. :)

Very Motivational Video....I was started my career from 1.2 and today is 18.5.. am still learning new things...in IT if you are not adapting new technology you will stuck and oneday you will be out from industrie.

Happy for the person who got the offer. CTC is misleading. Don't use it in thumbnail for your views please. Instead please mention the base pay. I know one company offered 50LPA CTC but base pay is 12LPA. Another company with CTC 26.5 LPA but base pay is 9.5 LPA.

I got job easily in tcs but j started govt prep becauss of pressure I am not able to clear. Now I feel to grateful that i got a job in tcs, j understood the importance of these companies who gives employment easily without competing with lacs.

Nice to see someone from BCA/BSc background sharing his educational and corporate journey. To people out there with BSc, BCA, BCS … background, you will get opportunities to grab similar sort of package not just in product based, but in service based too.
Me being from Bsc background started with 90k LPA IN 2013 withdraws 40 LPA in 2022 in service based company. People with just bachelor degree should share there experience so that less privileged students gets motivated by looking at others journey.

Yes, you can go beyond that too. Not necessary you should know coding. My advise would be to start with any CRM, ERP application. Learn this Business application and you can make career out of that.

I feel so regretful of leaving my job in tcs. One of the biggest blunder I did for my career. I got easily that job because I was in top 5 now I feel how I was too idiot to leave this job🥺 and being financially independent could have grown too much by now

12th science leke v BCA karne ka alag dukh hota... I'm a BCA student
🙌BSc Folks 🙌Anyone from Bachelor in science degree(Physics/Math/Chemistry) can follow what Jitanshu had said here. The only caveat is BSc guy like me will start from 1.4 LPA and work your way up. Time to time service base companies like TechM/Wipro/TCS etc. recruits Non-computer science fellows with P/C/M as their core subject, yes they do that. You will find them in your cities job fest. After 8 years I'm working as MTS in NetApp.
Jitanshu gave me good ideas where i can take my career from here. Thanks buddy. 🙂

Bsc folks are treated very badly in terms of compensation in IT unfortunately
@@VeereshPradeep I agree, as far as i have seen the initial straggles are there for everyone and that too for 2-3 years. One thing i would tell someone who is struggling, "Apna Tym aayega" (Your time of glory will come) believe in that and work as hard as you can. One of my friend who was working in TechM, 4 years he was on bench with no projects and was at his breaking point. He broke down in-front of me several times, telling how he had to ask his parents for money at the end of the month. Some good deeds he did for a manager off project impressed him and my friend was sent to Switzerland for 5+ years now. So never stop believing and work hard.
