I am on bench in 1.2 year not reporting to office even 1 day because I didn't recieved any mail to come office now I give my resignation to tcs rmg and SO give me immediate release and they ASK REPAY my salary since November to now because they show the reason that I am not reporting to office s it fair bro please reply me yesterday is my lwd

Yes...in tcs it was L1 support..no learning nothing...here i m get learning on AWS..and moreover you are getting 6 digit salary..and brand name of Amazon..

You will receive incentive in notice period...yes company consider this CTC ..it's totally depends how your current company divide the pay components that's it only .your CTC will be said as 7lpa only

Bro i also cleared TCS digital through wings 1 in this August cycle, i have total 2.5 year of experience , and working in one SAP support project, month back ago i have asked for release now they released me and after that i cleared digital ,now bro i am on bench from last 1.5 months approx , looking for project in development because i have cleared digital , but got only calls from same support project tech.
Bhai mera question yeh hai ab - March me rating milegi , agar me bench par raha to C dete hai kya or usse mera digital revoke ho jayega , what should i have to do , should i go with the support project and meanwhile prepare and upskill my skills and then switch OR waiting for project (development).
Bhai mene release isiliye liya tha ki koi tcs m development project mil jaye to industry exp ho jayega then m switch maar lunga , luckily muje release mil bhi gaya par uske baad mera digital hogaya and i am happy with that digital thing but y badme pata pada ki rules hai C band ni aana chaiye next apprasial me.
and mera last question bhai if i prepared my self with doing that support project work so is it possible to make switch before april because march m rating milega and switch k liye 3 months ka salary dikhana padta hai.

Ha bhai c mila toh revoke ho jyega...per as you are in bench anything can be done..bro even if you choose support project again it won't gurrentee you that you won't be given c band by your new reporting manager
Bro you can prepare yes..but you have to give your best in that support project such that there should be no chances that they won't give u c band but that too totally upon the new project how the things are in that project
Bhai ..dekh agar Naya project liya phir bhi c mil sakta h or nahi liya project phir bhi c mil sakta h ..so I will suggest that you should not take project and work hard on your skilling yourself ..
Bhai agar tmko confirm h ki 6 month me tm apne new manager ko itna impress ker lo ki tmko c na mile toh join ker sakte ho per bhai sochne ki bat h ki uske project me phele se log hongr even seniors jo 1 saal se ghiss rahe honge A ya B band ke liye ..toh unka number cut kerke kisi new joiner ko A ya B band toh nhi dega

What was your anniversary rating?
If anniversary rating is below 4, then Wings1 incentives get paused and you resigned before your anniversary, so did it affect your ratings? If yes, did revised compensation letter generate during notice period?

No rating was not given to me ..as I resigned before rating was given to me in aug I would have completed my anniversary but I resigned in July only

@@ayushisharma6392 I don't know regarding this..as it's been a more than 1.5yr I left TCS .. not sure how they are giving the salary now...but your ctc will calc as 7lpa only..
