I liked that ride. Parc Asterix also has that other crazy water flume ride with the spinning rafts, forgot it’s name.
Great video! This ride is so whacky with the parts elevated over the pathways and indoor drop. Gives it a lot of character.
It was a great suprise. We had never seen a POV, and much of the ride is out of sight. We were expecting an every day log flume ride, but it's far from that! It has ended up being one of our favourites 🙂

@XtremeCoasters Network, This is a beautiful ride! I enjoy log flumes as a method of cooling off, but they are usually pretty predictable. I love how this one wound through the trees.
It also had multiple drops, adding to the suspense factor!
We loved it, it's one of the best we've ridden. The drops were great, especially the first drop. It was a total surprise.
Plus, for log flumes, the big drops are ALWAYS the MOST FUN!!!

How old is this ride? It looks cool, but some bits are quite rusty.
It opened in 1995, so is in pretty good shape for its age :)

This looks like a rougher log flume than those made by Mack. Almost a river rapids at some parts. 😂 Who made it? It looks fun, sad that I skipped this one years ago.
It's really nuts! It doesn't feel rough when riding in all honesty, but it's very different to your average log flume. This was manufactured by Hopkins Rides, the same company that made Splash Mountain at Disney etc.

@@Lexcoaster Not in their original form. They filed for bankruptcy in the early 2000's but have since been bought over and merged with another company. Their last installation was around 2016 I believe, but they're still operating as far as I'm aware.
This looks like a weird hybrid of an Arrow flume and a Hopkins one. It's almost as if Hopkins extended an Arrow flume around where the first drop is.
It's one of the most unique log flumes we've ever ridden. It also ended up being one of our favourites 🙂
Even on a log ride your trench?
Not typically, this is the first log flume we've ridden with that kind of drop. It was really good though 🙂
im going to parc Astérix for a school trip soon and so far this ride has been the one i am most exited to go on. hopefully it is as fun as it looks in the video
