Sure, sometimes perishable goods are going to arrive in bad shape. Most of the time, though, they will be in good condition.

Thanks for letting me know! I actually have been building up a backlog of cooking videos for this company and another one. I was seriously considering editing them and putting out some cooking videos so people could get an honest look into what all is involved. Plus, see my determination of whether or not they are actually any good.

Dry ice block or regular ice?
Neither. It was an ice pack with a chemical solution that stays frozen longer.
I’m super worried about buying rancid food.
I have seen a few different people concerned about this. During my time using services like these, I have only had small bits of the food spoil, which could easily have been avoided by simply preparing the meal with the ingredients that would spoil quickest...first.
I did have one incident that an order was never delivered, but that's the fault of FedEx. And...that's really it. It was, for the vast majority, excellent food.
