Does this work in the same way with an HSA closed account? It seemed to work as a checking account for medical needs ... I'm not a banking expert ... would it only be prudent to use for medical needs or for all expenses (i.e. chiropractor (medical) as well as gas, plumbing supplies (other) ...)
Just have to becareful and know how to handle the taxes. There are holes/left out significant parts in both "processes" ...because there must be equal consideration among other things.

On your accounts, you must read your the terms and conditions on your contracts. Before you do any set off or discharges. You are correct on you must give notice to the party to all matters. You are a Bank and the Banker, realize that! And there is more to the process and it is not a security untill you endorse it the proper way. Next time speak with confidence and with sureness of the process cause you sure don’t sound like you know it for a fact, but you do know the process in a different way. If they have your ssn, and send you a bill, it is a bill of exchange. Per Bills of Exchange Act. Read it. 39 pages. I didn't like it either, but small investment of time to use for bigger picture. You don't do anything with a Form 56 or 56F. These forms are for giving notice to the IRS of an already existing fiduciary relationship. If you use it, you are giving the reported fiduciary the ability to do whatever they want with your US Citizen.

I sent to the banks of my closed accounts but it has been over 3 years but i still get mail from them well statements. Navy is one of them. They didn't honor the payment sent to them at all. Pnc didn't capital one didn't either
Sweet baby please learn what a fiduciary is. When you sent that form to the bank you turned your account into a negotiable instrument that they are making money off of. Which mean you are still paying the bill. Which is fine if all you want is not to have to pay the bill. But they are making money off of it by trading the instrument and if they do that they owe you money. The best way to continue to pay the bill without giving the bank your Assest is going to be endorse and enforce which is what you did when you sent the instrument to Verizon directly.
What about when dealing with a dealership and corporate has denied your draft instrument ...no credit application has been filled out but do have a purchase order signed by dealership just not by me ...when no credit application has been filled out is there a way I can indorse the purchase order over to the dealership and if so is it on the back and which verbiage as there seems to be a few different verbiages and would accepted for value have to be written on there 45' angle etc etc

Nope! Don't use layman's dictionaries when trying to understand legal and monetary stuff. Doing that will get you into a lot of trouble. Look it up in a legal dictionary and you find out a "closed account" is actually an account that is still in operation and exclusively used for doing setoff and adjustment rather than debit and credit operations.
This is my speculation based on what I understand about the system. I believe the reason is because the bank can no longer access the US Citizen trust after three years, and thus, the bank is cut off from their access.

Make sure you research this and are thorough with your notice letters to the bank. If you aren't, they will come after you for check fraud. And, without those letters of intent being unrebutted first...you will find it is nearly impossible to get them to accept anything to substantiate you weren't engaging in check fraud.

Yeah. Using such requires a very notable amount of preparation and noticing to ensure there is no reasonable chance they can try to claim you were engaging in check fraud. And... it is not "account closed". That is something completely different. The term "closed account" is very specific. any alterations to it makes it something else. AND, you also MUST use a legal dictionary because the term does not exist in a layman's dictionary.

You don't do anything with a Form 56 or 56F. These forms are for giving notice to the IRS of an already existing fiduciary relationship. If you use it, you are giving the reported fiduciary the ability to do whatever they want with your US Citizen.

Sweet baby please learn what a fiduciary is. When you sent that form to the bank you turned your account into a negotiable instrument that they are making money off of. Which mean you are still paying the bill. Which is fine if all you want is not to have to pay the bill. But they are making money off of it by trading the instrument and if they do that they owe you money. The best way to continue to pay the bill without giving the bank your Assest is going to be endorse and enforce which is what you did when you sent the instrument to Verizon directly.

The questionable rationale of your guest revolves around the fact that the trustee called the "statement/account" an "accounts receivable" in the first place. Black Law Dictionary. Look up "Closed Account". It is one term, not two. What they will try to do is switch to a layman's dictionary on you, and look up each word individually. Doing that results in an abjectly wrong definition. You MUST use a legal dictionary and look it up as one single term; "Closed Account"

Eeon says that the private side never closes that it remains active for setoffs and adjustments so I know I sent four notice of intent with a notary stamp to capital one, PNC, navy and penfed telling them it's my right to use the closed account for setoffs and adjustments and put the account number I plan to use in the next five days. Nope! Don't use layman's dictionaries when trying to understand legal and monetary stuff. Doing that will get you into a lot of trouble. Look it up in a legal dictionary and you find out a "closed account" is actually an account that is still in operation and exclusively used for doing setoff and adjustment rather than debit and credit operations.

This is my speculation based on what I understand about the system. I believe the reason is because the bank can no longer access the US Citizen trust after three years, and thus, the bank is cut off from their access.

Make sure you research this and are thorough with your notice letters to the bank. If you aren't, they will come after you for check fraud. And, without those letters of intent being unrebutted first...you will find it is nearly impossible to get them to accept anything to substantiate you weren't engaging in check fraud.

Yeah. Using such requires a very notable amount of preparation and noticing to ensure there is no reasonable chance they can try to claim you were engaging in check fraud. And... it is not "account closed". That is something completely different. The term "closed account" is very specific. any alterations to it makes it something else. AND, you also MUST use a legal dictionary because the term does not exist in a layman's dictionary.
