My exact thoughts. They are decent but SUPER safe. Safe than some pop music. So I find them a bit bland, but they are 15 and around that age. But it doesn't matter. Visionary's can be any age.
to be honest I was a bit disappointed by their music, Finn’s voice needs to mature (love the dude but gotta be honest). idk it’s kinda unfortunate, if I had the amount of production quality available that they have I could be making what I would consider far more ambitious (and hopefully better) music. I’m mainly salty about it because I’m 16 and I can’t even get a band together and have to record all my instruments by myself onto GarageBand on my phone so everything sounds so bad because the audio quality can only be so good. I just wish they could do better with the opportunity they have, because I feel like I could be an example of how age doesn’t matter in the maturity and quality of writing music. This probably sounds like the most un-self-award and pretentious comment ever, and I will admit those aren’t my intentions, but they certainly can come across that way, but I’m not sure how to make my point without sounding like a total jerk.
No I feel the same way. In a very egotistical sounding statement. If I had that kind of equipment. I wouldnt be safe at all. The thing with calpurnia having recognition is because finn is in the band, dont get me wrong they have good songs but nothing outstanding, only finn is keeping the band in peoples eyes and ears
I would try to demolish every rule that I could now break with all the equipment. They have the ultimate music play ground. and in stead of making new imaginary worlds in the playground. they are just using the playground in its most literal sense. (I dont know if that analogy make sense to you, But it does to me)
SoundCzech yeah I agree, glad to see someone else feels the same way lol.

Your intro woke my puppy up and made him start barking
The more I watch these intros, the more I feel like you're about to release an experimental jazz EP and I feel like I'm gonna buy 20 copies of that. Why experimental jazz?
- He played Bass twice in the last 5 LET'S ARGUEs
-This intro sees him toying around with this gadget
Like this comment if you would like to see him do that. If Cal Chuchesta can release a rap album and have a filthy frank feature, Anthony fantano can have an experimental jazz instrumental EP.
Yes, I'm going on a tangent about Waterthony Melontano making a fucking experimental jazz EP. If he ain't doin' it, I'm doin it!
That actually sounds really good
Create a button board/sample made of every word he's said on video. Chop and remix that for an entire chorus of melons, robot Bobby McFerrin style.
Fantano might pull a pink guy-joji trans
This vid just became more relevant.
Ok Melon. I sat on my computer for 6 hours with twitter, refreshing legit every 10 minutes waiting to post for Let's Argue. Explain mr. cantelope
That thugger annotation is the best one i’ve ever read
This video aged pretty well

@@sympathy_for_strays I think this is over Tyler, the Creator's Igor whooping Khaled's Father of Asahd.
mea culp.a he realised father of Assad
People who dont listen to hiphop still think eminems the best rapper
out of all rappers in the current generation
Uhhhhh he actually is
Sophia kendrick lamar
lyrically I would say he is still a top tier rapper, perhaps not the very best at this time but definetly a contender for the top still.
Name one good song he made that came out in the last 4 years (maybe even more). You can't.
Thank you for mentioning the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack. Extremely underlistned and the Seatbelts and Yoko Kanno deserve so much credit for creating such a unique, interesting, and fun sound.
tbh I wouldn't give kanno much credit for it since most of her other acclaimed work is just beat for beat recreations of shit from foreign artists on labels with no representation in japan at the time.
“SITTIN ON THE TOP FLOOR, WHAT YOU THINK I’M HOT FOR?!” - DJ Khaled - All I do is win, c’mon Fantano, legendary verse
Weirdest ASMR video, but 10/10
If you look at the pattern of Ska waves then we're about in the right time for a 4th wave.
Make ska music great again
The interupters might bring us this one
Ska NEEDS to come back please
Please please please! We’ll never get trip hop back but I think we can get another ska wave at least.
A few days ago I heard people says the 4th wave came and went and now we're waiting for the fifth wave, but i don't remember everything they said. I really hope the next wave sounds like The Interrupters though, we need more ska punk, that's way more punk than ska

The King of Limbs live tour sounds great at the start
Do people not remember SongMeanings?
ZyxthePest I do
Song meanings was litttt
I alays go to SongMeanings, it's pretty nice.
3:31 "6ix9ine makes good music" He's just salty that not everyone has the same awful music taste as him
I don't get the appeal, I've listened to his whole discography and none of it is good. Only a few are like kinda goodish. Not to mention.
**SCUUUUMMMM GAANNNNGGGGG**
There's no good or bad music taste since music taste is probably the most subjective thing ever, there is no right or wrong.
I like sign language music
Just because you don't like it means the music is awful or that this person has bad taste you don't know what else this guy listens to because I like 6ix9ine and other "mumble rappers" as well as lyrical ones.
@@Tinskap you're comment is also subjective, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, what makes your more superior than others? People can literally shit on a track and a handful of people will rock with It and others won't. There is good and bad music, just the fact that people hype it up so much it can't get a bad wrap... don't be so naive

Nothing wrong with throwing a Nickleback here and there.
Let the meme die in peace
I agree, if Vince Staples structured songs with more emphasis on the progression / give a better payoff when the chorus comes, he could easily take a spot on the greatest rappers list.
that intro sounds like if death grips was replaced with guinea pigs

Damnit Anthony. I had a terrible hangover and that intro made it even worse. Thanks.
I just wanna say. Thanks for not making me wait til the end for the content that I clicked the video for Fantano.
Runescapes soundtrack is probably better than TPAB
A lot of runescape music is legit quality
Though most of the apeal is nostalgia based
FACTS.
yes ua-cam.com/video/Ru7JHxDkPR8/v-deo.html
This series is supposed to have controversial opinions
TPAB is a bunch of commie gobbledygook
"The fact that a stroller is in essence a cradle for an infant and Thugger associates this with sex yields an opportunity for sly Freudian commentary about Thugger's desire to return to the womb, and his unrestrained, nascent childlike id manifesting itself from his unconscious psyche"
Thugger exhibits the freudian death drive, inexorably progressing toward his own self negation
