Someone sending out payment requests on Venmo $99.99 but message reads I've already paid. Scam....

Venmo email requesting $99.99
Both Title and description says requests $99.99.
The body of the email though says you've paid $99.99 and to contact 1-855-887-3702
I googled the phone number and it does not show up anywhere.
This looks like a scam.
