Ok so this is just my opinion and advice, I feel like closed eyes light triggers work way better if you are in a dark setting. The contrast is so tingly and its super relaxing for the eyes when the screen is darker (outside of the lights part)
You look like a classic movie star. Excellent videos. What about dark or just black background, it will emphasize your face, and the picture will be more soothing.
