ASMR Follow My Instructions... but you can close your eyes 😴

- Hi guys! Here's another follow my instructions/do what I say, but this time, you can do most of it with your eyes closed! I feel like a lot of you (me included) like to listen to ASMR without the video, so now you can do that. :) (Though it still has some visual triggers for those who like watching)
Triggers include ear to ear whispers, tapping, hand sounds, mouth sounds, water sounds & spraying, mic scratching, personal attention, tracing, face brushing and more~
Trend was definitely popularized by @LunaBloomASMR so HUGE shout-out to her! Her vids are amaazzzingggg 💖
Also lol at my red face, it was sooo hot in my studio hahaha

Oh, this was so relaxing. I really enjoyed not having to keep my eyes open because I felt like I wasn't missing out by falling asleep. It was extra calming.

I last remember being awake around 10:30 pm. I have a habit of staying up until 2-3 am everyday and I decided to try this. Next thing I know, I wake up at 6:27 am. 3 minutes before I have to wake up. Thanks so much. I’m definitely gonna do this again tonight. The 30 minute video really helped btw❤❤

There's something oddly comforting about the personal attention roleplays in ASMR videos. It's like having a virtual friend helping you relax
This is by far the best video in this closed eyes instruction stuff I‘ve ever „watched“. I listened to it more than 5 times because I always passed out during following these instructions. This mixture of whispering, mic scratching (!) and deep ear asmr.. damn it was good :D
This is one of my favorite videos on UA-cam. I love the “follow my instruction” asmr videos because they are so relaxing. But this one is my favorite due to the fact that I fall asleep every time

I love these. I wanted to mention I personally find I'm still tense or worked up when going to bed. I find it helpful to relax every part like my eye brows and jaw, shoulders and so on. It reminds me to relax and focus on relaxing to fall asleep faster

This is relaxing even with my eyes open. I tried closing my eyes, but my dog decided I wasn’t paying enough attention to her, and she hit me with her paw. Zoey Rey is a special needs Border Collie mix, and she seems to get relaxed (and sometimes fall asleep) when I listen to ASMR or make my videos. And since Border Collies are such naturally calm breeds (😂), it’s nice to have something that calms her down! She has a bad leg, but that doesn’t slow her down much!

i love these kind of videos, at nights your head goes crazy sometimes standard asmr doesnt keep your thoughts away but this actually forces you to focus on something else without it being too hard so its still relaxing and chill to fall asleep to, thanks for this!

I started listening to asmr as sleep aid and ive gotten to the point where i physically cant fall asleep without it. My headphones were dead the other day and i couldnt listen and i was unable to go to bed for hours.
