Air elemental upcasted to 6lvl is sooo nice. It can stun enemies every round, it can do aoe dmg+silence, it is quite and it is always flying - so it follows everywhere without any trouble. So convenient and useful - best pet ever. lvl5 is kinda disappointing though. I was using earth elemental before i had lvl6 spell slot - it is at least tanky and also it looks kinda cool in a way.
Previously people did care about elementals, undead and other summons around you. They usually were running away screaming which was very annoying. Larion removed that afaik. It removed bit of immersion, but it was such a quality of life for somebody who usually has 2-3 elementals running around...or a band of ghouls. :D
It is just a Miracle that Gopher is still playing this game. Every bigger fight he is so confused about everything. Well it is still his first playthrough, but i think he will never touch BG3 ever again. Its not for everyone. Its fine. We have a great laugh 😎
He's been burnt by the way this game treats dialog. EVERY dialog is eggshells to him... Ever since Halsen attacked, when Reginald just wanted to figure out a way to help out the Bear-Form, by looking around first. A lot of BG3 fans chewed him out for "not understanding how the dialog works" (some rather unpleasant about it, which wasn't good). There has also been several other times where things went very very wrong in dialog. Don't forget that Gopher does NOT reload saves, unless there are gameplay-breaking bugs (like when an elevator moved, but the people on it didn't, resulting in a TPK). Doesn't matter how many comments he gets like this, it is certainly eggshells to him.
Can you confirm that? No cheeky answers lead to bad results? I'm still trying to figure out the rules of dialogue for this game, but that sounds strange.
Wait... no podcast stream... AND no rambling startup? Well now that's just disappointing. All you've got is boring ol' gameplay? Harumph. :/ Ah well... I've got this running in the background while I'm doing my own gaming anyways. Not like it's gonna kill me either way. "you are a very strange individual." Aww thanks, what a nice compliment. :) - 3:00:30 - YOOO!!! Airbender reference! :D Though they didn't use the iconic "My Cabbages!?" phrase, that's still what it is. :)

Wrong episode number (should be #59). Caught it in my watch later list. Was confused there for a second with the real #58 lol.

I will almost certainly do several runs through in this game :)
Great episode!
studying will do good
So yeah... that's how basically Laezel died in my game
@@Nyarurin He's very likely to succeed at getting her out even if he goes there right now, tbh
@@alexmashkin863 oh, i am sure he can pass that check as a bard. But i was no bard.
@@Nyarurin Yeah, I've lost companions there too, playing non-charisma characters
@@alexmashkin863I did the quest for Lady Jannath’s hat and just happened to be wearing it at the time - got a nifty advantage
The game will not punish you for giving a somewhat cheeky answer. No need to tiptoe on eggshells in every dialogue.
Id argue it depends and who ur talking to. Random civilian in a town probably won't, but a "dangerous" character might.

I'd advise having a few scrolls of Remove Curse at hand all the time
your backsiting is very annoying :D
