    Thanks Esther. I've got a spinal condition and I'm looking forward to trying this, the one you posted where you put a block under your lower back on the highest you can and you bring your knees into your chest is heaven for me and I use it in nearly every practice I do! I have a list of postures that, if they're not in the practice I'm doing, I do the ones my body needs that day. Thanks again 🧘‍♀️💪💕
