      Simon Lundberg So true, opposed to mostly all other chefs night, where the poor chefs, gets mad dishes in those restaurants they visited (which give a weird vibe too, like they want to impress vice or some shit), and then nothing in their own places.

    One of the best Munchies videos yet. Indian food is woefully underrepresented on the channel. These guys seem to be nailing Indian food! Plus there's kingfisher beer for good measure!!

      ***** are you out of your mind? Indian food is awesome. So many different flavors. Is just that there isn't a way to cook it fast and as a result it doesn't work for most people (especially Americans). There's plenty of Indian restaurants where I live. Though I suspect that that's probably because I love in India.

    I had the opportunity to meet Nakul and he is one of the chillest guys I ever met. I told him I was a fan and he brought a bottle of liquor and we took 4 shots back to back. Now you tell me what owner does stuff like that? This dude is dope asf food was amazing as well.

      j blin I've been almost all around India except the N.E and the best cuisines which I found out were hyderabadi and punjabi. I'm from Delhi so I'm a little biased but every region has great food and culture

    Everytime I see people trying to make poutine, they always mess up something even though it's a 3 ingredients recipe.
    Here the sauce was way too thick and the cheese wasn't cheese curds. But hey, they've got fries at least! haha
    (but even in Montreal, 9 out of 10 poutine is disgusting. it's really because the good stuff is unbelievable that this meal survives with this much failure rate)

      They don't do conventional poutine though. All the flavors, even the gravy, are Indian based.
