I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed you didn't mention Childrens Mercy Hopsital (like... really???), which is a huge deal. It's the only Level 1 pediatric center in the entire region. You also didn't expand on the amount of professional sports we have here.
    Baseball - Royals
    Football - Chiefs
    Men's Soccer - Sporting
    Woman's Soccer - Current
    Hockey - Mavericks

You have great information about KC but the number one reason people leave states like KS and MO and the amount of taxes from personal property, city, county, and state. For the price of real estate and cost of living it makes it hard to want to buy properties there. I lived there for almost 30 years mostly north of the river. However, the taxes, cost of living and rising crime made me consider other places. Perhaps you can make some videos talking about those issues.

Number 1. Do not move into KCMO. They charge an additional 1% tax on your gross income. Taxes suck everywhere but you will definitely pay more in Jackson County Missouri.

Omg, especially the personal property tax you have to pay every year. Dont forget you cannot roll taxes into your auto loan when you purchase a vehicle. Oh yeah, KCMO public schools are horrid.

Riverside, MO has much lower taxes and has been coming up. I'm honestly curious about how the Rock Island Bridge project will impact downtown KCK and Strawberry Hill myself.

I live in Kansas City Missouri and the 1% tax is not a big deal whatsoever.. It helps pay for many city services, including trash service and public transit, just to name a couple.

@@freetime803you can be paying up to 11.975% in taxes in Jackson County after adding the state, city, and county tax. It all depends on what part of KCMO you're shopping in but the taxes can get pretty high in the city.

@ all taxes suck. And it’s a waste. Enjoy wasting that money. Jackson county is awful to live in.

More single home living in Lee’s summit is a real bummer

We don't have decent public transport, that's BS. The tram is crap it goes no where and doesn't benefit anyone except the bums that want to ride for free to stay warm. It doesn't even go to the airport. Stop lying to people. The fact you mention Mahomes in your video acting like he's a savior of the city is ridiculous. KC is a great place but people like you make it suck. Why don't you talk about the small businesses in the crossroads area or how big corporations have pushed artist out of what were art districts? You're embarrassing.
