Buc-ee’s definitely lives up to the hype! At least in Texas!! It’s not only huge and has hundreds of gas pumps and bathroom stalls, but they have fresh sliced brisket and smoked meats, a drink center that goes on for days, and so many cool gifts! It feels almost as big as a Walmart. I don’t know if they build the ones outside of Texas the same size or not.

Looking for... - Some place where there's lots of trees but my neighbor's not up my butt - think a modern Homestead area, not going fully off-grid and all that craziness but in the area where preparedness is appreciated and away from prying eyes but close enough to amenities for people that are over the age of 50... Ect.. - away from Big process Farms like chicken farms and Mass vegetation farms and such forth... I don't want to be too close to them because of the chemicals but also so it doesn't pollinate with my heirloom variety Garden.... - the biggest one no HOA or somebody at my butt telling me what to do on my land, as long as I'm using common sense of course😂 - and as a personal thing, within a hundred miles of the Missouri border (+/-), my wife and I like to go fishing quite often in Missouri, so basically I'm trying to stay in the southeast... - some place where the winters are more mild or overall the weather is mild year round with the four seasons of course... I do understand the humidity down there as well as it gets pretty cold at times during the winter I just didn't know if there was a particular area in the Southeast that would fit the parameters Thanks for the video and your time 😎✌️

I knew there was a lot going on, and I've been mentioning it to friend around the country. Your video did a great job of collecting all the activity into one smooth presentation. Thank you. I recently bought southeast of the metro, and I assume that development has nowhere to go but east and south. So much of the other parts have already been developed and would be a pricey, redundant investment.

Lived in Olathe for 8 years close to Garmin (I worked there). I loved being able to walk to a lot of places, and I was right next to the Indian Creek trail. Unfortunately, I was also a mentally ill mess and did not take advantage of any of these things, then quit my job, sold the house, and moved back to the KC northland.

Ugh. I don't feel like we need more people in KC. I despise mixed use. Real-estate agents are getting to be like lawyers. Who needs them. They raise the prices of everything.

Moved to KC from the West Coast 2 yrs ago because of my wife’s job. I hate it here. This is literally the armpit of America. There is nothing to do here. All of your rivers are dirty and polluted. The lakes are dirty. No mountains to climb. The hikes y’all do have is embarrassing to even call it a hike. The river market area is disgusting and no matter how much money u put into covering a pile of shit doesn’t make it something other than shit. All of u are blissfully ignorant if you think KC is anything but lame. Also y’all BBQ is average at best. Terry Blacks put all of your bbq to shame. To bad I’m stuck here forever
