So much to see at Ohiopyle! Love that state park. Beautiful wild streams, waterfalls, overlooks, the river, old growth trees... and the list goes on. Even has a small charming town at the center of the park. It's a must see of Pennsylvania parks. Looks like an awesome campsite too! Making me jealous, wish i was there...!
Campbells soup is mmm mmm good!😋 That's what's great about car camping, you can bring the comforts of home. When your packing it in, the comforts of home stay at home and the lightweight gear comes out. Breakfast looked good 😋, I had me some a couple weeks ago. Good video. 👍🏻
What a great video, you looked like you were in heaven sitting by the waterfall, drinking your coffee! Enjoy yourself, you deserve it! Thanks for all the information you provide!
One thing I do is use a camp egg keeper, and flour tortillas and corned beef hash. You can cook the eggs to the side of the corned beef hash and then the tortilla and make a breakfast burrito. We carry Louisiana Hot Sauce. 😎
What a wonderful campsite & so relaxing sleeping to the peaceful sound of the waterfall. You did look tired. Glad you slept well. Steak & potato soup is good. Yes my morning can start once I have my cup of coffee. I remember the bear from last year's camp.🐻 Incredible trip Cliff. Thanks for all the amazing adventures.🥰
Great video ,I live here in the middle of all this. You missed Mt.Davis the highest point in Pa From Laurel hill you were only about 15 miles.Climbing the tower is really cool. Check it out next time. Love your videos.God bless from the Laurel Highlands.
You were set up there 👆🏻 love watching your videos.... you sure do get around to different places one day I’ll get to see PA a little more. Work sucks 😂
My husband and I camped here while bike packing. I loved the hilly terrain! Lots of fun on a bike. But the bathroom had the biggest spiders I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing.
Cliff, next time try Folgers coffee singles for your coffee. I believe they are ground coffee and freeze dried combined in a tea bag. You can brew them as long as you like and makes a great cup. Glad to see someone else who likes corned beef hash!
Great videos of the park. Some of my family was camping a few campsites over while you were in the park. She was sending pictures of the falls some were in your videos. You must have passed each other a few times. I talked to a few of the channels subscribers along the Stony Valley rail trail this summer, that have met you along the way. Many fans of the channel in PA. Great videos cant say that enough.
I was living a snake Pete ones with no tent and I really enjoyed it much more but I wouldn't recommend it for just anyone. You got to have a good relationship with wild Critters
Hello from Ohio if you are ever in south east Ohio maybe you can stop at the miners memorial park right along route 78 between mCconnelsville and cushoctain Ohio and see the shovel bucket from the big muskie
You may if you would give it some thought the gem stones to be found in all the different areas you travel. It might not be your thing. That's part of my interests plants, fossils and gemstones and history. Although living in Maryland it doesn't offer many gemstones to my interest. Nice spot for camping.
I'm originally from not to far from Ohiopyle and alot of beautiful scenery and outdoor activities in the area. I miss that part of the area. Edit; cliff I know this was probably videoed days or maybe even weeks before posting but fort necessity isn't too awful far from Ohiopyle. Would be good for your fort series. Just a heads up
How was the weather over there in terms of temperature? Judging by you wearing long sleeves seems it was cool, I need that right now. Also, the sound of water running may have knocked you cold during the night, I know I would.
He said awhile back he wasnt really worried about it. I myself have done tons of camping and tics were never a issue. Are they around sure but not really something to freak out about.
This may seem like a strange question but do you ever worry about dangerous people or bears while you’re camping? Just wondering because how messed up our society is today?
Nothing like a good stew for supper!! This is the perfect campsite.
Morning coffee in the woods can't be beat!
SO TRUE 👍🏻
Yes, so true!

Ohiopyle is an awesome place. Loved your campsite! And your coffee mug.
That's an excellent place to camp. Put coffee in before you pour. You will hear trains too. Go to town- great stores...and coffee near the falls.
Personal waterfall makes it so amazing!

Just north of the park on 381.
Try to make it to the Cascade water Falls.
Cliff, next time try Folgers coffee singles for your coffee. I believe they are ground coffee and freeze dried combined in a tea bag. You can brew them as long as you like and makes a great cup. Glad to see someone else who likes corned beef hash!
I love those !!!!!
Just registered for that site!!
Sure is idyllic sweet dreams xx
Awesome. Please check out the Laurel Caverns too. The largest cave system in Pennsylvania.
The locals call Jumonville juh-MAHN-ville. I've never heard it any other way, except by radio broadcasters who aren't familiar with the area.
Night night , sleep tight , don't let the bed bugs bite 😴.

You should go see Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater house. It’ll blow you away unless I miss my guess.
Don't miss that..but it looks like these videos are posted after the fact.
I believe he has been there
Ohiopyle is great but forget about on the weekend.

Got to like ohiopyle pa
Trim those sweeties
You can collect water from that water fall, I have to make a fire I don’t carry a stove that’s extra weight
Yes. Excellent water from that waterfall.
No rafting? Great place to go rafting.
Have you ever been to Fort Ligonier?
Not yet
You don't want it to level if it's going to rain and it's going to rain by the looks of the sky
...too...
How was the weather over there in terms of temperature? Judging by you wearing long sleeves seems it was cool, I need that right now. Also, the sound of water running may have knocked you cold during the night, I know I would.
this was filmed in late may, so it was still a bit cool out.
Nice campsite. Curious, with all of your trekking through the woods, what do you use, if anything, for tick prevention?
He said awhile back he wasnt really worried about it. I myself have done tons of camping and tics were never a issue. Are they around sure but not really something to freak out about.
Can't avoid them, I just check myself.
When you camp in these parks are you assigned a spot or can you pick your own ? I love the sound of the waterfall to fall a sleep by ....
Most state parks in pa you can pick the site if you know the number.
@@sandywalters1182 thank you for the info ...
You can reserve them online and pick your own.
Ride the bear bareback (hilarious)
hi
what kinda mattress did daniel boone use?
Yough-a-gain-ee would be the way to pronounce it.
I believe its pronounced. Yo-heeo gheny
nah.. . .Yoc a gain ee
I always thought it was pronounced like it was spelled, lol. I wondered what people were referring to when they said the Yok.
Yock A Gainie River or best known as " The Yough"
I've heard 'Yock a hay nee'....😅
This may seem like a strange question but do you ever worry about dangerous people or bears while you’re camping? Just wondering because how messed up our society is today?
Actually, there is less crime nowadays. The media has falsely scared you, my friend.
Also you talk to the camera all the time 🐻 won't come near while people talk. Lol
