    My own recipe
    3 Scoops Bulk Mass Gainer
    3 Scoops Protein Powder
    1 Scoop Maltodextrin
    100ml Ice cream
    700ml semi-skimmed milk
    Handful Blueberries
    3 Bananas
    1 Cup Oats
    3 Raw Egg
    200ml Water

    Im grateful for your videos!! You a life saver! But how do I save a smoothie for later? Do I freeze it?

      Hey Poppy!
      Thank you so much!
      There are two ways to save a smoothie for later:
      #1. transfer the blended smoothie into a air-tight container or a portable shake bottles or smoothie bottle and refrigerate. Shake before drinking.
      #2. Pour the smoothie onto ice cube tray. And freeze. They can last up to 2 months in the freezer. When you are ready to blend, pop several out and add a bit of water to a blender, and blend again!

    Can you make a 3000 calorie without avocado ans maple syrup

      Of course you can. Instead of avocado, just use more seeds and nut butter. As for the maple syrup, just don't add it, instead add extra dried fruit

      @@smoothiesandcookies according to ayurveda u can't eat pineapple and milk together.it may cause digestive issues.

    How do you know this is 3000 calories?

      When I created the recipe, I researched the calories of each ingredient, and then divided that by the amount I used of each ingredient. In the end, I combined all the ingredient calories together and reached that number.
