Sou operador aposentado de máquinas de sopro e injeção de plástico, sei como é importante a reciclagem de material como este, no Brasil não utizamos plástico reciclado para embalagem de comida, remédio e utensílios de cozinha, mas para outros produtos é bastante utilizado.

Why, if they didn't do this, it would just get dumped into landfills, rivers, and other places to be broken and break down and get intoanimals, nature, and waterways. I mean I'd prefer they were in an enclosed warehouse, with a bit more control of the plastic, not just tossing it here and there on dirt. But they are poor, and poor people don't have time to worry about the ecological ramifications of their jobs they do to make a pittance for them and their family to hopefully survive literally one more day.

Melamine tableware is prohibited in the most demanding countries of the world, although the harm of this substance has not been 100% proven.
