Amazing how complicated they make it, first dump bag full of glas on floor, second shovel it over a smal wall, third take a bowl of it to the oven. Why not make the oven entrace a big larger and dump the bag right there?
Woooahh there big boy, settle with the thinking we aren't that far advanced in Pakistan yet, it's throw on the floor, pick up and throw on the floor again that's the way it is we don't deviate

Recycling glass into medicine bottles is praised for reducing landfill waste and conserving natural resources like sand. However, critics argue that the energy consumption during the recycling process, especially melting and reshaping glass, may offset the environmental benefits, particularly when using non-renewable energy sources.
Critics are wrong. New silica or recycled, that energy is needed to make the glass. The BIG benefit of glass and recycling it is the lack of landfill and pollution of land and sea. I'd rather glass than plastic. Here in Germany, almost all beer bottles are the same design with paper labels being the identifier. All these bottles are returned, WASHED and reused by any of the hundreds of breweries. Genius, simple and DECADES old system.
melting broken glass saves energy - its melting point is lower than that of the charge, plus it reduces the amount of debris and the amount of sand and soda extraction
I had serious anxiety watching this. Those guys walking around broken glass wearing open sandles and no eye protection. It has given me a bad case of the heebie jeebies.
It would seem to me that most of the workers in Pakistan do not live long, healthy lives. Hopefully one day they will have proper safety rules to protect them.
What I don't get is they're taking off the labels and caps. Why not just put the whole green bottle through because the 2 different plastics separate away in the water bath. Just do 2 runs clear and green?
Wish they wore better shoes I always worry they will hurt their feet but maybe steal toes shoes are to expensive but I always like seeing what they make at these factories
Such work cannot be done as profitably in USA. Too many environmental, safety, compensation, fire code, and numerous other regulations would eat 40x the profit margin.
Nice to see everybody wearing their safety sandals...!

About as efficient as English labor unions.

Recycling is a good thing, but so is safety.
Tons of glass shards, open toe sandals, no gloves, no eye protection.... WHAT COULD GO WRONG???
Always a good idea to use nails on children's toys.
Саморез забитый молотком держится лучше , чем гвоздь закручены отвёрткой.
Health and safety and its finest 😮

They can build and fix anything except for simple foot coverings.

The Tweety Bird and butterfly stickers were just *chefs kiss*
I just watched the video where they turn bottles into cups. This looks like the ends they break off are being made into something else!
Сначало на пол высыпал из мешков, а потом ещё куда-то лопатой. Сразу мешки нельзя было высыпать за перегородку?
Teda šmajdat mezi těma střepama v sandálech.... šílené !!!
They work in a foundry with those flip flops.
No....those are Safety Sandals
Everything looks like it's an Indiana Jones movie prop.
Incrível 😮
Как они себе ноги не режут, не поримаю.
Those wheels, they'll last two days before they fall apart.
Right after all the pieces held on with tiny nails fall off.
And the kids cut themselves with all those sharp plastic edges

Horse seems exit from hell. Nice that Warner bros give license over Tweety.
Cant believe all the jagged edges on the toy horse dont get removed.
Those guys working with the glass . I'd bet money they could run through multi floral rose and never wince .
Safety is an Indian word, it means bleading profusely
Truly amazing the am9unt of work, and skill involved in such an overlooked everyday item.
Good to see the sacks are reused😅😅
This is like Santa's workshop, except it smells like mushrooms and everyone looks like they want to hurt me
Bet they each have a story cut, but it is overall safe
Crazy amount of double handling
nice video!

Labels stay on!!! Use a big vacuum straight to the mulch/grind machine from the pile of plastics
Es increíble como trabajan sin las más mínimas normas de seguridad
In France, WE do security. In india, they work...
Imagine all they glass dust under his foot 😂
Cutting edge safety footwear.
I also hide my bottles 😂 but like in the bottom of the recycling.
The wheeled horse isn't a child-safe toy. The nails will eventually work themselves loose.
The child will be old enough to be working in the bottle recycling workshop before the toy horse breaks.
@@massimookissed1023 And that's a sad condemnation right there. Children to school not 'work'.
Day in day out. Bloody hell. Try and get a teenager in the Uk to do this for half an hour !
I see safety 1st in handling sharp glass

Do love watching glass being made, just wish the UK would do more recycling but apparently it's too expensive!( Yeah on the rich peoples bottom line!!)
Quantity over quality. Standard procedure.
I thought you guys work in the North Pole given you efficiency ? Great team work and great use of waste material ❤
0:38 let me guess.
So why did they dump it on the floor, To then turn around and shovel off the floor, Into the bin right next to where they dumped it on the floor?
Turn off the century equipment is always so cool.
That would suck to fall down on top of all that broken glass! Yikes!
I bet they have scars on top of scars on their feet.
Não usam nenhum luva ou óculos de proteção 😮 O processo é muito legal, mas deveriam se proteger mais 😮
I was checking my feet to make I wasn't punctured by glass!
Thank goodness he's wearing safety sandals
Alright, thats it, I'm calling OSHA Kumar!
Shards everywhere, but safety slippers 🤣🤣🤣
glass Glass GLASS
You gonna step on the Glass

So he emptied the bags on the floor, having the place where the glass was going to end up right next to him, 🤔.

seeing all that plastic makes me sick a world wide problem

First step, why not just open the bags of glass into the bin instead of on the floor only to shovel it in anyway?

So its bottle heads. Which means theyve already recyled the bottom half into cups.
Recycle the top half into medicine bottles.

Nah, my kids would’ve had that toy horse in pieces in 5 minutes flat! That’s way too flimsy. I can see them crying now, “My horsey broke, Daddy!”
No safety boots, gloves or even glasses. I am curious how many of them lost their sight because some small piece of glass stuck in someone's eye.
They look like they got serious anxiety problems or something, crazy.

Why aren't they wearing steel toes and uniforms?
