One thought I haven't wrapped my mind around is that women generally agree that if she makes less than her husband, that does not give them the right to talk down to her, mistreat her, pick fights with her, or disrespect her. In short, the money does not make him better than her; he gains respect in how he treats her. That's solid, or maybe I am wrong.
When the shoe is on the other foot, things change. When women outearn men, they become disrespectful, they mistreat, and pick fights with him. Now, all of a sudden, the money makes her better than him and she doesn't gain respect in how she treats him. I was raised to believe I should not ask for things I cannot provide. If I look at how women treat men they outearn, I start thinking I am wrong. Perhaps the top scenario is wrong. Interesting.
Women who earn alot arent bosses. They dont provide any infrastructure that rmploys other bosses. They are singularly making money.
Except the ones who earn a lot and "provide infrastructure," they bosses.

The context is that throughout time, it has been the mans job to provide for his family. A man who has resources knows that this opens him up to the eyes of a selction of womne with whom he can build a family. Therefore the appeal of a wealthy man was his ability to provide and men know that their worth, when they get money, is intrinsically tied to their willingness to share that wealth and build for the next generation. Thats the context.
Women these days who get money do not live in that context. They are not expected to use thier resources to provide for men or a family and are not wiolling to. Their worth is not tied to their ability or willingness to do so. The problem then becomes these same women wanting to be treated and lauded in the same way as men whose worth is teid to his ability to provide. They call it "insecurity" when men take issue with women boasting and being belittling when she gets money, but the real issue is that theres no pressure on her if she doesnt get that money as its her mans job to provide, whereas his money is for both of them.
They say that men need to grow with the times and accept that women are getting money but thats false. Its women who need to grow with the times and acknowledge that now theyre getting money, its now incumbent on them to provide and be usefult to the household in a provder role as well as a nurturer role. Because with finacial power becomes financial responsibilty. Problem is that they dont want that resposinbilty and just want to call men insecure for poiting it out
EXACTLY. This what I’ve been thinking for a while. All we hear is how much money they are currently making but then they still want a man that makes more than them and spoil them. That’s not a boss then. It just seems like they want the best of both worlds at the same time but it’s just so many contradictions. Like I’ve been saying that it’s good that they make money but it doesn’t really carry the same weight.
You can even look at how people insult men. They usually call them a virgin or broke in public but if you call a woman broke it really doesn’t hit as hard due to the fact they aren’t expected to carry the financial burden

I would’ve thought being a trophy wife isn’t something to be strived for. Trophies are seen and never heard, is that what really what women want? As for being a boss, whether it’s men or women, ask yourself why do you desire this goal. I’m all for having being financially secure but bosses don’t do anything good for society at large. Ambition can always be misled into greed. If I have a woman in my life and I’m getting more money or even a promotion at work and she’s excited about it more so than me, that relationship is over immediately. Ambitious women aren’t people that really have good intentions. I’ll go farther than that, an ambitious woman should never seek nor desire to have a relationship.
