First of all, amazing welding, as always. Second, did you replicate your viewer's project just to demonstrate how to weld it properly? If so, you are the man.
Well done, and good demonstration. I've been surprised several times, how hard it can get, even if it looks simple. Just if you need to stand up and can't rest your elbow, it's like thee times more difficult.
Thanks for the video! Please tell us about the exhaust system and workplace organization for beginners in TIG welding, for a home workshop? Is it necessary to use a respirator, how to properly protect the respiratory system.
I'm going to be welding some cold side turbo piping in the future. Definitely going to grab a membership on your site before hand. Never done aluminum before. 🤘
I do some of that work myself. If it's all bench work it's not too bad. If it's all field work, it's something you're going to want to turn down. A true nightmare. Get that tig button if it's the latter.
Would be great too see a demonstration of a header or intake flange with long runners where you really have to work around and can't hover over the axis.
Great video! Really like the way you have real speed and sped up portions, did have to let the part cool down at all between starting the next fitting?
No, I just kept going and used slightly less amperage as the part got hotter. Less pressure on the TIG Button. Welder was set around 100a the whole time.
Superb work as always. I realise this was a demonstration but in reality wouldn’t it be easier to weld spigots 1,3 and 5 first and then you would only have 2 with restricted access?
As a matter of procedure, I think I would have done the two outer flanges first, for full circumferential access, followed by the next two in, so only one difficult radial point on those, followed by the most difficult center one. But I am just an engineer, not a aluminum welding god, like someone 🙂
Then your welds won't look the same on all the pieces. You'll be fighting to get around those ones that you made harder for yourself. You can't keep the ideal torch angle around them all while welding.
Any way to remove the white haze from around the welds? I know there’s no avoiding it as the balance is doing its thing I just wondered if there was some sort of miracle spray or treatment that could be applied after welding to remove it. Oh and your so inspirational man, I appreciate all the videos and effort you put into them Thanks a ton!
You can scrub it with scotch brite pads, but then you lose the shine on the weld beads where you touch them. Or you can media blast them with something softer than sand (soda or walnut shells, something like that, I'm not sure), but then you also lose the weld shine.
does your website cover fabrication education as well, or only tig welding? beginner to advanced? I'm looking for some tips and help in my field to improve.
No, then you'd have fittings in the way on both sides. The way I did it, the only tricky spot is the weld start/stop locations on each one. It makes everything look more symmetrical.
I might be stating the obvious here, but I would weld the two end ones and maybe the middle one in. That way you are only welding restricted on two of them.

What balance, frequency, pps , en ,ep , ac wave form
A welder, fabrication and an artist with those beads. Beautiful work my man.
8:56 "Not my finest work." Haha. I only DREAM of being able to weld like this! Very impressive!
The boss of humble-brags :p
I know right?! I paused and looked for "flaws" and couldn't find any :) Excellent craftsmanship.
If my best ally welding was half as consistent as his "not my best" I'd be thrilled.
This is far beyond "good" welding. This is classic art at its finest.
Aaron - you did a masterful job welding that part!
I am not much of a welder but I sure like your videos. You do really nice work 👍.

Your videos are great, long or short it's nice to see your experiences explained.
I really enjoy your teaching tips videos. Thank you very much!
You have so much skill and make tig welding so easy. Thank you for the videos.
His website is well worth the money.
Welders with a hand as steady and precise as this guy should have a side hustle as an open heart or brain surgeon.
Thanks for the video!

Nice work sir 😊❤
This video really inspired me. Thank you!
Much appreciated. Great video
learned a lot💪

Dammm those welds are beautiful🔥🔥🔥🔥

There you go! Just that easy!
Another great video
Compared to the wide cleaning lines, your worst weld is gorgeous. How to minimize these lines or clean them?
great Demonstration!

Top work 👍

Funny, I had the opposite idea...I would have started with the center port, then worked my way towards the outer two.
Projects often require using material that has sat on a rack for years, can you show how you prep surfaces in that case? Thanks from Australia.
After watching 👀 this video I purchased a primeweld 325x 😅

wish i could weld like that.
Woa woa woa… hold on… he spoke! Since when is this a thing???🎉😂
I don't know that I have seen many white welding helmets, aside from sugar scoops. What kind is it?
Американец и не с Айфоном, уважаю
What are your setting
You are good
Would it help to weld the outside ones and the one in the center first and then put the other two in and just have two tight ones?

Hey woah ... you can talk?
I’ve been watching your content for years.
The fact that you took a subscribers part, made it, then did a video sold me.
I just subscribed.
