However, senior fellow at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, Abhijit Iyer Mitra counters the arguments in a conversation with Hindustan Times. The fantastic thing about Abhijit is that he mixes his emotions along with his analysis.. His brutal honesty and uncompromising diversity of thoughts.. Christians are a different sect and they have that ideology and they have converted Catholics and made them Christian. Catholics do not do that and our own people are getting converted. We love our religion just like all other religions. If we are good human beings and honestly follow the precepts of our conscience that is the same for all religions. People should not judge you by your religion but on how human you are. And all Christians no matter what their denominations keep our Country above religion. I myself come from a Defence family where 4 members were actively in the defence, 2 in the services and 2 as civilians in military establishment. You may have had bad experiences with Christians but nobody can question our patriotism.
