How does the lifetime warranty work? Do they send you a box to return the defected bag? and how long does it usually take for them to get you a new bag? much appreciated, thanks!
Nope, you keep the old bag and they’ll send you the new one with proof of claim. I’m in Vancouver, they shipped from Montreal pretty quick!
