Heat president Pat Riley didn’t make a lot of additions to the Miami Heat roster this NBA Offseason. The Heat added Alec Burks in NBA Free Agency, and then drafted Kel’el Ware and Pelle Larsson in the 2024 NBA Draft. The only players that left the Heat’s roster were Caleb Martin, Delon Wright, and Patty Mills.
