Probably an old CD of someone now leaking it. Blizzard used to release CDs of betas to people obviously before online became reliable so this guy is probably sharing now. He would likely risk a lawsuit releasing it unofficially, but other developers have done so so its not unheard of

Some may still have the CDs and the reason why you can’t Google it at all is because it’s not officially released If anyone was to release it, they’d need Blizzard’s permission, but if they release it on their own, it’d risk a lawsuit. So sadly, TLDR: probably not getting out hands on it unless someone risks their legal freedom

It would be interesting if you could show more of what is in this build. I noticed that the ultralisk has an extra ability.
The icon even has the “corners” which in Warcraft 3 indicates an ability that can be auto-cast. Maybe it’s cannibalize, eating corpses to heal?
