I like how this game is very generous with the weapon items, so that you can actually freely use them without constantly having to conserve them; you can throw grenades and daggers all over the place, and then have them refilled pretty much immediately, and even the Special attacks are dropped reasonably often.
Looks like a final level for a mega man X game where you have all your abilities unlocked and are expected to use them, but a whole game of it. The difficulty curve is more like difficulty plateau.
There's a couple of things I would like to tweak in this game if I had a chance, but otherwise it's a very solid action platformer along the same lines as the Shinobi series on Genesis.

Different from both Ninja Gaiden and Shinobi but still enjoyable
