    These are great tips. When I get near the end of the circle, I pull the BEGINNING stitches to the back and knot them to the back & then I don’t have a mess in the back of the stitching & I then line up stitching with previous ones & they look good 👍🏽

    Thanks for great tips/ video
    I’ve got a question
    How do you do a corner stitch on the corner let’s say pocket so it would look accurate?
    Many thanks in advance for your reply

    Is there an easy way to take out a 4 thread overlock seam? 😅

    Dang! I love how easy it is to take out the stitching. Would you know an easy way to take out serger threading? I love your videos.

      Are you asking about taking out stitching if you make a mistake when it is not a cover stitch?

      @@nannettenielsen216while you can use a regular seam ripper, there are also serger seam rippers, which speed up removing different serger stitches. We hope this helps!

      Also- it is best to remove the needle thread when ripping out the seam as that will allow the upper and lower loopers to easily unravel.

    Can all Baby lock sergers do a cover stitch?

    I love your teaching. I have had a problem making a jelly roll rug. I've tried on two machines, one with a walking foot and still having trouble. I have the idea of using a Wide cover stitch on my Babylock Evolve. What do you think. Can you help?

    • @babylocksewing
      @babylocksewing  10 місяців тому

      Thanks for your patience! Linda says: "Thank you, I’m glad you enjoy the content. I’ve made Jelly Roll baskets and know that there are as many ways to do them as there are people making them! I’ve used Bosal strips and followed their preferred way of folding up the fabric and straight stitching. The edges get stitched together with a zig-zag. I think it would be interesting to see if a wide cover hem would work in that particular situation. If you are doing that method, try it on a small amount of fabric and see if you like the results. If you’re using a different method I can’t really speak to it because this is the only method I’ve tried. I will say that my sewing skills have grown with challenging myself to try something new so if you feel like it then yes, give it a shot and let us know how it turned out!"
