    It’s not just you, but virtually all travel videos miss Juneau museums - newly built native museum housing history and art and smaller city mining museum. Perfect for rainy weather. And if you happen to be in Juneau when biannual native Celebration takes place, you are in for real treat.

    I've been looking to visit Juneau for years. I'm thinking of going up there in August for about a week. It would be my first time in Alaska. Very nice video, btw!

    What's the best cruise for people in there mid 30's? I did princess cruise to Alaska and the scenery was amazing, but mostly seniors. No nightlife.

    How much is the bus to mendanhall glacier?

    • @ilovesparky13
      @ilovesparky13 4 роки тому +1

      It depends on which bus you’re taking. The city bus is going to be much cheaper than taking the shuttle by the cruise terminal.

    • @evabalga6133

      @@ilovesparky13 True, but it’s also quite long walk from final bus stop. Not practical if you have only one day to visit.

    • @HarrTravel
      @HarrTravel  5 років тому

      That certainly is disappointing, but there are so many other small ports in AK that are amazing as well! Haines and Sitka are some of our favorites, and you can easily take a ferry from Skagway to Haines for a day trip during a cruise as well.

    why didn't we just take over all of western coast of Canada? It makes no sense at all to give a bunch of Canadians all that coastal real estate. It would be so nice to be able to drive from San Diego all the way to Juneau.

    Only capital city no roads to? Did somebody build a road to Hawaii? Think not, so you are wrong.

      Within the continental US... But yes you would be correct. But even then there are roads that connect the rest of the state so even then Danny may be right.

      Do a brief geography lesson. Honolulu is not the only city on the island of Oahu and there are roads to these other cities and towns.
