I have that folding Coleman camp oven, I love it and bake my gluten free bread in it.I have the British Berkefeld water filter which is just like the Berkey but cheaper, I love it too. Mary has done an awesome job with her van for someone just starting out. Thanks for the tour.
Mary is certainly off to a great start! I feel it's a good idea to live the life while building out a van. You learn what you REALLY need, what you must have and what you can do without in order to have the musts! Good luck, Mary, and thank you Jersey for introducing her!

Just bought my van, watching every video I can. I’ve been “planning” this for 10 years. FINALLY got my Transit Connect, kicked out of my rental after Hurricane Ian, now staying with a friend temporarily and going to “build” my no-build build. Thank you for sharing your home with us…it inspired me!!

Mary is my kinda lady. I have lived by the ocean all my life and travel in my self built camper van 2-4 months a year but, i could never sell my beach house.

Good for you Mary! I think you will find starting off with little is easier than starting off with too much as you continue your travels and build! I like your oven. I love to cook, too. . .from scratch. Sometimes I just don't want to deal with the weight of my Dutch oven. I love your van's name, perfect!
I have seen that alot with people having more then they need starting off. I donated my dutch oven due to the weight of it. I'm now on the hunt for the small ones I saw at Home Goods 2 years ago.
@@flyinhawaiian7226 no no heat sometimes in the morning I’ll turn on my two burner Coleman Coleman stove and boil water for coffee and that seems to warm up the van and I hurry up and get dressed.. it’s a process lol
A Berkey is a water filtration system, 2 charcoal filters in the top have that filters 99.9% of stuff out of water, then drips down into the bottom have.

No she has no heat. She boils water for coffee on her camp stove with the door cracked and that warms the van up abit.
I have 1000 white goal zero with a heavy duty extension cord under my bed to the fridge nothing fancy😊

She heats water for coffee and it warms the space up enough, she cracks the door open where the stove is too. 😊
