So in the areas you walk how safe would a foreigner (white male) be, could they walk through those areas without any trouble or problems? And why do some of the girls cover thier faces, I see allot of that in your other videos as well?

Tondo doesn't have the best reputation among the areas of Manila, it's a tough place, but it's fine as long as you're not provocative or openly rude. Better if you're accompanied by a local.
Walk where there's a lot of people, not in dark areas or alleys. I was born and raised in this place, and it is not as bad as it used to be many years ago.
