For EB2 NIW, will NVC start the process (send welcoming letter, nvc number... to initiate interview fee payment, IV forms, civil documents...) to get or be documentarily qualified if there is no green card number available for you??????? note: for consular processing. I get different answers about this, some indicate to refer to the Visa bulletin (for priority date) other say not to as it depends of the US embassy abroad even if your priority date is not current you could start and finish the IV process. Yes, usually they will send the welcome letter before your date is current. But usually you won't be called for the interview until a visa number is available (Table A)
Does the quarterly bulletins like April, July, Oct, Jan see a huge move compared to monthly bulletins? Is it because of any visa adjustments happening in the period?

If you didn’t pay for a Premium Processing is normal to take several months to have your I140 approved. However if your case has been sent to NVC, you can contact them. Hope that it help somehow!

Unfortunately they don't publish the internal backlogs for Consulates/Embassies, so I can't say. Based on what you tell me it seems Rio is very backlogged!
@@viniciusjesus3413 I wouldn't say "entitled" , you are current and that means the consulate *can* issue a green card for you. But they have their own times, so until they get to your case they won't call you for that interview
Suppose someone has PD Of November,2022 but he couldn't be called for interview due to emabassy backlog, and in future it regrossed to some earlier date than November,2022, then what will be the scenario in this case?
How can this be good news? It advanced only 2 months in a quarter, so in practice the delay increased, it is not even following the calendar. And table B did not even advance. And also a prediction of no more advance in the coming months - it is far than good news - the delay is just increasing. Meanwhile children is completing 21 and being expelled. 😞
Yes, it depends for who. EB1 for India advanced almost half a year. EB2 advanced two months . I wished it was more but compared to previous months it was good. I agree that the note at bottom is not good news at all

How did you get the April bulletin? I can't get in on the page. 😂😂😂 Our category is others in table A. As far as I can see in your video, there was a bit of movement in that category.

you don't have to actively do anything (unlike for AOS) so they will send you the Welcome letter with instructions once you are approved

Table A is what will dictate when they will call you (the earliest date) for an interview.

That's uncommon, maybe try to reach out to them but they usually are not very flexible with these inquiries

1-2 months of movement for some countries is good but not great at all. EB2-NIW really deserve a big change in PD movement.
