Thanks a bunch! We were in Palo Duro Canyon State Park last weekend and it was hot. Our Dometic thermostat struggled to stay within 10 degrees on automatic. Will have to look into this alternative. Bless you!
To tell the truth. So far, I have had no issues. It has been working wonderfully.
It's as if you read my mind, lol! My RV has a Coleman "Comfort.HC" , I was just writing the specs. down on it cuz it SUCKS! Poor placement ( cannot access adjacent "Broom/ Coat Closet, LED Read-out wonky = unreadable, you must set each function separately with a slide switch...TY!
I have loved the function of the new one so far. I have set my temperatures and checked on the system away from the RV and out somewhere. I do have wifi in my RV which makes it possible to connect remotely but even if I didnt, I woud still have this installed because you can still connect with Bluetooth when at the RV

I’ve had two rigs now and both have had the lackluster Dometic thermostat. Love to hear that there is an option to change to.

Does it have the option to use the heat strips in the AC unit, as well as the actual propane furnace?
Mine does the propane furnace in addition to the AC. As for the heating strip in your AC, I would try calling Micro-Air and see if they can help you.
they do have options for heat pumps and strips.
