I havnt been able to start shrapnel ballista this league but ill get there, the boots are at crazy prices right now but i k ow they are worth it because this is the best all around build ive ever played, and siege ballista is right behind it as my favorite league starter, no one who has actully followed your guides and used these builds can say anything bad they are just well built well explained builds with amazing guides
Your siege ballista build is the best build I have ever played. I never invested so much into a build, its so fun and chill to play. I am saving up for shrapnel now after getting my corrupted briskwrap.

100% recommend this build. Its super comfy and very strong for the budget. Even though its a bit pricier this league due to zenith str stacker meta.. One thing @POEGuy, isn't a arrow nova gem setup better for single target and uber bosses? Damage is already great but i think with the arrow nova shotgun it might be exponentially more and will oneshot/insta phase the fights..
In this version we will not use gem swaps anymore! But sure, people can indeed boost their DPS even further with an awakened arrow nova gem swap // ( know that by doing this swap -> it will also mess up your skill tree! since we need to replace Lifetap with it! meaning that you will need to get more reservation for your auras )
Can you League start this and transition it into T17s from farming say t16's? Or is this a build that you will need to have a large lump of currency to get going? Thanks mate, love your vids.

When do you swap from dex stacking to str stracking is my biggest question with the build. Since you start with dex stacking in your starter videos and now str stacking.
These are 2 DIFFERENT BUILDS. // Siege Ballista is one build ( for T16 map blasting mostly ) & Shrapnel Ballista is another build. Again these are 2 totally different builds. Going for this build here is optional ( was also explained in the shrapnel ballista build guide: the 3 requirements before making the build. )

You can transition to siege ballista after a few things have been met, first min lvl 96! This is an absolute must, then you will need roughly 120 divs and then just start purchasing all the required items and when you have them all watch the guide very closly to make sure you dont mess anyrhing up and then bam, shrapnel ballista time

Need to first get a mageblood and test in order to decide. Stick to the non-mageblood version until than. The mageblood version of this build will have an altered skill tree also ( that's why ) // Last league I used triple element flasks to become very tanky. Keep in mind that by using a MAGEBLOOD you will lose a lot of strength. best is to wait for me to get one also and begin my tests
maps shreds them like tomato. has great map clear. no point to showcase maps when it 1 shots everything in a large radius. maybe watch my recent ultimatum video ( has plenty of gameplay footage where I clear the maps with it )

@@rixiewatchesyu4332 Shrapnel ballista can run all map mods. But try to avoid low life regen since with certain atlas setups it can be bumped up to -90% life regen or even above 100% and we dont regen at all ( not even from flasks! )
I league started your build and rerolled at around 83 to another character. It was WAY too squishy for me. I can't stand playing on evasion based builds unless they do giga DMG like the bow builds that off screen whole maps like lightning arrow, tornado shot, etc. Usually the mf characters that die very easy. I can't speak to this advanced version of your build, but I really did not like the league start.
Also at a certain point you permafreeze almost everything. Also before that point you cab have the totem taunt on hit modifier to draw attention and survive easily any encounter (abyssal jewel)
@@dsinemoi1mouton yes, im sure the build gets good with investment. its just not for me. i typically only play builds that are exceptional at either dmg or survivability. this one is just ok at both. my pohx righteous fire i usually league start is insanely tanky. my frost nova hiero im playing as my second build right now just deletes the game
You made it and costed 500 div?? Or why you wrote this? | with current prices is around 150 Divine Orbs. It raised a little after my build guide yes.. // Also the build guide has a crafting guide for the rares so that people do not overpay. I also explained alternatives for some jewels in the guide. By saying that it costs 500 Divine Orbs not only that you are not telling the truth but you are also scaring people away. In previous leagues this costed around just 60-80 Divs btw

It's not a league start build, current prices you need over 100 div to get going, boots themselves are over 50 div alone

What could be the reason that i have "only" 17 ballistas max, at 2200 str and anoint with+1 max ballista?

You can tremendously increase tankiness just by optimizing your rumi flask usage
