    I think the strong man training has paid off in aiding his core and back for the squat and deadlift glad he is still implementing it after the success he had last prep

      All I'm thinking is just move the bar in a straight line. I really don't think too much when I'm lifting, at this point. It's a bit like ultra instinct for me.

    What is your max deep squat without any assistance whatsoever: no belt, no knee sleeves? Also, your deadlift without a belt on a stiff bar? Is your squat bigger than Toshikis? He did 321 with a light pair of knee sleeves. I dunno how much they gave him.

    John, do you squat in tight pants, I tried it but it takes my mind away a lot from the movement when you feel the pants tightening or do you like that compression or is it healthy? Thank you

      He’s already said that he’ll move up to 100kg if he can hit 2300lbs/1045kg at 198lbs/90kg BW in his next meet

      I've had a few phases where I've done more of a warm up, but for the majority of my career it's been along these lines.

      Depends what the concentration is. Mine is 200mg/ml, so 0.5ml

    100mg test a week is pretty low man! Im on actual TRT and my dose is only about 87.5mg a week

      For one, he's planning to do another strongman comp after this next meet, and also he's mentioned before that yoke/farmers helped his squat walkout feel more stable.

      good variation to throw in id imagine, sort of imitates a squat stance I dont think there's a definitive reason behind it just throw in variation you think you need that will help with your lifts
